Integral Diagnostics buys Geelong Medical Imaging

Medical services company Integral Diagnostics (ASX: IDX) has acquired Geelong Medical Imaging.

The company has two radiology clinics in Geelong with X Ray Ultrasound, CT, MRI and nuclear medicine.

The purchase price is $4.7m on a cash and debt free basis, comprising $1.05m in Integral shares (subject to voluntary escrow), and a $0.5m deferred cash payment

Integral Diagnostics (ASX:IDX) is a leading provider of medical imaging services in Victoria, Queensland and Western Australia.

The company provides state of the art diagnostic services to patients at 47 radiology clinics, including 13 hospital sites.

Shares in Integral Diagnostics (ASX:IDX) are trading up 1.79 per cent to $2.84
