Wisetech Global
(ASX:WTC) has announced the acquisition of SaaS Transportation.
The company is a specialist less than truckload (LTL) transport provider in the United States.
The global logistics solutions group will pay $2.1 million up front with a further multi-year earn-out potential of up to $1.7 million related to business integration and revenue performance.
Wisetech says SaaS has connections to over 70 US carriers and valuable local market knowledge.

(ASX:WTC) down 1.27 per cent to $14.44.
