Department store Myer
(ASX:MYR) has announced that Richard Amos, Chief General Counsel and Company Secretary, has resigned and will leave the business at the end of July this year.
He joined the business in June 2015 leading the legal and communications teams.
The Company also announced the appointment of Jonathan Garland as Company Secretary with effect from July.
Also today the company announced the appointment of a new Chief Merchandise Officer, Mr Allan Winstanley.
Myer’s incoming CEO and Managing Director, John King, has worked with Allan previously in the UK at the House of Fraser between 2006 and 2014, where they were part of the store’s successful turnaround.
Shares in Myer
(ASX:MYR) are up 2.27 per cent to 45c.
