Vocus Group
(ASX:VOC) has revealed changes to its board with Kevin Russell to take over as Managing Director and CEO from the 28th of May.
Russell has over 20 year’s industry experience and has worked with the likes of Hutchison Three UK, Telstra and Singtel Optus.
The telecommunications company says Mark Callander CEO of Vocus New Zealand, will also join the board as an Executive Director.
Russell’s appointment comes nearly three months after the previous chief executive, Geoff Horth, stepped down in February.
