Macquarie Group
(ASX:MQG) has opened it Capital Notes 3 offer.
It’s hoped the capital notes will raise $650 million.
The margin has been set at 4 to 4.2 per cent per annum.
The final size of the offer will depend on the number of applications received and accepted but will not exceed $1 billion.
Macquaries’s capital notes 3 offer is due to close on June 1.
