Vocus Group Pulls NZ sale

Telecommunications company Vocus Group (ASX:VOC) has decided not to sell its New Zealand business (Vocus NZ)

The company says it has stopped all discussions with interested parties.

The board received a number of offers for the business but was not happy with their value or funding.

Meantime, Vocus has also announced an extension on its debt refinancing surge limit.

Shares in Vocus (ASX:VOC) closed down 0.44 lower to $2.24 yesterday.
