GR Engineering wins contract with Capricorn Metals

GR Engineering services (ASX:GNG) has announced that it has been appointed preferred contractor by Capricorn Metals (ASX:CMM) for the construction of mineral processing plant for the Karlawinda Gold Project in Western Australia.

Its expected the contract price will be around $93 million with commencement of work subject to Capricorn obtaining relevant approvals.

Capricorn Metals is a rapidly growing gold company and is hoping activities will commence in the September quarter of 2018.

The company says it looks forward to working with Capricorn on the project.

Shares in GR Engineering (ASX:GNG) closed 3.64 per cent higher at $1.43 on Friday
