Heron Resources discover sulphide

Company News

by Rachael Jones

Heron Resources (ASX:HRR) has discovered in its diamond drilling significant base-metal sulphide mineralisation at its wholly-owned Woodlawn Zinc-Copper Project, located in New South Wales.

Heron is engaged in the exploration and development of base and precious metal deposits in Australia.

The intercepts at both the G2 and Lisa Lens positions extend the limits of the mineralisation in these areas and will provide additional early stage production for the operation.

This find has the potential to boost the early mine cash flow.

The CEO says the results of the drilling program are very encouraging.

Shares in Heron Resources (ASX:HRR) closed down 2.33 per cent at 63 cents yesterday.
