Trilogy International is set to de-list from the ASX

Trilogy International (ASX:TIL) is set to de-list from the ASX.

The skincare products and scented candle maker has already delisted from the New Zealand stock exchange and on Friday 13 April it will cease to be quoted on the ASX official list.

New Zealand share holders backed a $211 million takeover from Chinas Citic Capital Partners.

Trilogy International Limited (NZX:TIL, ASX:TIL) is a cultivator of essential natural products and home fragrance brands. Its subsidiary CS Company distributes international cosmetics, fragrances, skincare and haircare brands in New Zealand.

Shares in Trilogy International (ASX:TIL) were suspended on 6 Apr, last traded at $2.65
