Capilano Honey
(ASX:CZZ) has strengthened its board by appointing a new independent non-executive director, Valentina Tripp, who has worked in agribusinesses executive management for over 20 years.
Valentina has led Australian food businesses in offshore markets, including China, South Korea and Japan, with strong export coverage.
She also worked as a exec director of Top Cut Foods and as a senior director at KPMG, where she worked with a range of global multinational and Australian clients.
The incoming Non-Exec director is also Chair of Fairtrade Australia and New Zealand.
Valentina will join the honey producer and distributer on 1 May 2018.
Shares in Capilano Honey are trading 0.31 per cent higher at $16.25
