Medical Canabis company, MMJ Phyto tech
(ASX:MMJ) has invested $1 million dollars for a 16.7 per cent ownership stake in Biologics Research Institute Australia.
Biologics is the owner of Cannabis Access, a leading online portal for medical cannabis in Australia.
The service makes it easier for Doctors to access the appropriate type of the drug for their patients.
The portal provides and end-to end process for prescribing and accessing the drug.
The company says Cannabis Access is strongly positioned to address the challenges surrounding access to medical cannabis.
Shares in MMJ
(ASX:MMJ) are trading flat at 36 cents.
