The Commonwealth Bank
(ASX:CBA) has announced the completion of a $1.37 billion capital raising.
The bank issued 13.65 million PERLS X capital notes were issued at a price of $100.
The PERLS X are expected to commence trading on the ASX from today.
The first distribution will be 73 cents per PERLS X on 6 June 2018.

(ASX:CBA) are trading 0.20 per cent higher to $73.64
