Trading software company Iress,
(ASX:IRE) has announced it will acquire regtech and data analytics provider Lucsan.
Iress made a minority investment in the business last year.
The company says Lucsan has a solid product proposition and is experiencing demand from the industry.
Iress says the purchase price is not material and the transaction should complete mid-April 2018 subject to conditions.
Shares in Iress
(ASX:IRE) are trading 3.06 per cent lower to $9.18.
