Development projects greenlit for Boyuan Holdings

Boyuan Holdings (ASX:BHL) has entered two service agreements to manage and deliver land development projects in Australia for Asian-based entities.

The property group has received operational development consent for its project management of a subdivision in Austral in New South Wales.

They are also focused on developing residential sites at Pokolbin and residential and commercial sites at Bringelly and Marsden Park.

The company also owns and operates the Peachtree Hotel in Penrith.

Shares in Boyuan closed down 1.64 per cent to $0.30.
