King River Copper says sampling to commence at Mt Remarkable

Mineral exploration company King River Copper (ASX:KRC) has announced that reconnaissance sampling, mapping and geological surveys are expected to commence in April at its Mt Remarkable gold project.

The company says additional pegging has secured all of the volcanic areas of outcrop around Mt Remarkable – the company believes the area to be the most prospective for gold exploration.

The total area of exploration license applications now measure 3000 square kilometers.

The Mount Remarkable project is located in the East Kimberley in Western Australia and is 100 per cent owned by King River Copper.

Shares in King river Copper (ASX:KRC) are trading flat at 14 cents.
