Lithium company Argosy Minerals
(ASX:AGY) has provided a market update on its Rincon lithium project in Argentina.
The company says lithium brine concentrate processing is expected to commence this week.
Argosy has made arrangements with a number of international cathode and battery industry participants to provide them with samples of battery grade LCE material produced from Rincon.
Samples of the LCE materials will be delivered to Japan, Korea and China over the coming months.
The Rincon Project – is located within the world renowned "Lithium Triangle" - host to the world's largest lithium resources.
Shares in Argosy
(ASX:AGY) are trading 2.94 per cent lower to 33 cents.
