Freedom Food group plans to raise $200 million

Freedom Food group (ASX:FNP) has announced plans to raise $200 million in capital to help expand its dairy manufacturing plants.

They want to improve their operations in Shepparton and Ingleburn in NSW and look to acquire future plants.

At the AGM the company estimated FY 2018 net sales revenues to be in the range of $360 to $380 million. The managing director says the company was planning to raise $100 million from institutional investors and $100 million from eligible shareholders.
