(ASX:PCL) is a junior oil and gas company with a portfolio of projects, in USA (California) and Africa (Namibia). All of its projects are independent to each other, have low entry costs and can be quick to drill and develop for commercial production.
The company’s large resource potential, offshore oil projects are also funded through their international partners, with three of its projects fully funded.
