Medical device company PolyNovo
(ASX:PNV) has appointed a new combined Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary role.
Greg Lewis has been appointed in the new combined role to commence today, 24 January 2018, taking over a contract position held by Gavin Smith while the CFO was on maternity leave.
The role will oversee production, logistics and head office functions, in addition to normal CFO and Company Secretary responsibilities.
The company said this will enable the CEO to drive commercialisation, product pipeline and international sales.
Greg Lewis has joined the company from Jamestrong Packaging where he was the CFO and COO overseeing production facilities in Australia and New Zealand.

(ASX:PNV) closed 5.9 per cent higher yesterday at $0.54.
