Vehicle and equipment hire company Eclipx Group
(ASX:ECX) has appointed a new non-executive director, Linda Jenkinson.
She comes with more than 25 years’ experience in executive management and governance roles, specialising in technology, financial services and transport.
She has an MBA from the US and a business studies bachelor degree from New Zealand.
She is currently a director of Air New Zealand and the Guild Group, and has previously served on the board of the American Red Cross.
She is a New Zealand resident who holds residency in the US and co-locates between Wellington and San Francisco.
Shares in Eclipx Group
(ASX:ECX) closed 0.25 per cent higher yesterday to $3.95.
