Thor Mining Limited
(ASX:THR) has announced it has appointed Richard Bradley to the board as Executive Director.
Mr Bradley currently holds the role of Exploration Manager at Thor Mining, and has previously held senior roles at Xstrata Zinc and Hillgrove Resources.
Upon shareholder approval, the company will look to award Mr Bradley 5 million options in Thor Mining at a price of 4.5 cents per share.
These will only vest once the volume weighted average price of the company exceeds 6 cents for twenty consecutive business days.
