Utilities software developer Gentrack
(ASX:GTK) has signed a contract with UK-based energy supplier, Npower, to provide its Junifer product to the UK energy sector.
The contract is expected to go live next year and will set Gentrack up to provide meter-to-cash utilities services in the UK.
The company said the agreement is part of an overall transformational programme of work.
Gentrack purchased UK billing and customer information systems firm Junifer Systems in the 2017 financial year.
Gentrack reported a revenue and profit lift of 43 per cent for the 2017 financial year.
Shares in Gentrack
(ASX:GTK) closed 2.56 per cent lower to $5.72.
