Yojee signs long-term SaaS agreement with Scharff

Artificial intelligence (AI) supply chain technology company Yojee (ASX:YOJ) has signed a long-term Software as a Service (SaaS) agreement with Scharff, a FedEx global service provider in Peru and Bolivia.

The agreement includes a minimum of 13.2 million annual deliveries for four years across parcel, mass mail and bulk freight.

Monthly fees are paid to Yojee under the agreement, with additional charges payable to Yojee if the minimum 1.1 million parcel deliveries per month are exceeded.

The agreement was increased from two years to four after a business review in Peru last month as part of the tender process.

This agreement gives Yojee a platform to manage deliveries across two countries and four business units.

Shares in Yojee (ASX:YOJ) are trading 14.29 per cent higher to 20 cents.
