Beach Energy
(ASX:BPT) has announced a director, Fiona Bennett will be retiring from the energy giant’s board.
She will officially retire at the upcoming AGM on 23 November 2017. It comes as Fiona told the board she was not seeking re-election.
Fiona joined Beach Energy in 2012 as an independent non-executive director and has been serving as the Chairman of both the Risk Committee and Audit Committee.
The board says she held the company through a period of organisation change, from buying Drillsearch Energy in 2016 and recently Lattice Energy.
Shares in Beach Energy
(ASX:BPT) are trading 3.21 per cent higher to $1.13.
