The expansion to Australia aims to drive its innovation programs and to facilitate its investor relations, offering potential suppliers and investors easy access to the business.
Eagle Health provides health food products and nutritional and dietary supplements under its Chinese brand.
The move into Australia is part of its strategy to leverage Australian ingredients and brands into the Chinese market.
The company distributes its products to pharmacies, health food stores, supermarkets, online channels and trading companies across 23 provinces throughout China.
Shares in Eagle Health
(ASX:EHH) are trading flat at 38 cents a share.
