BrainChip to re-escrow $62.5m shares over six months

Machine learning, facial and object detection company, BrainChip Holdings (ASX:BRN) has reached an agreement with seven major stakeholders, to re-escrow 403 million shares.

The shares worth about $62.5 million will be re-escrowed over six months.

The escrow period will start once shareholder approval is received. 

BrainChip says the return to escrow of 403 million shares shows the support and confidence of its shareholders.

Shares in BrainChip Holdings (ASX:BRN) are trading about 3.2 per cent higher at 16 cents.
