(ASX:S32), the metal and mining company, has advised its shareholders will be considering the appointment of two people to its board at its upcoming AGM.
Its 2017 Annual General Meeting in Perth on 23 November 2017 (AWST 10.30am) will involve considering the passing of the appointment of Dr Xiaoling Liu and Karen Wood.
South32 says Karen Wood will join the board on 1 November 2017.
Xiaoling Liu’s revised appointment date has been moved to the same date (1 November 2017).

(ASX:S32) are trading 0.6 per cent lower to $3.31.
