NIB
(ASX:NHF) today announced the retirement of one of its directors, Harold Bentley, who also retires as director of NIB Health Funds and its New Zealand groups.
He finished his tenure last week on the 30th of September after 10 years in the job.
Harold Bentley also served as the Chairman of the Audit Committee.
The former director was also a member of the risk, reputation and investment committees.
He was also Audit Chairman of NIB New Zealand where he sat on the board of the audit, risk and compliance committee.
Shares in NIB Holdings
(ASX:NHF) are trading 1.39 per cent higher at $5.82.
