G Medical Innovations Holdings Limited
(ASX:GMV) has appointed Ashley Krongold to its board of Directors.
Mr Krongold is the CEO of the Krongold group and joins the board as a non-executive director.
The Krongold Group is a third generation family run group of companies based in Melbourne.
Prior to joining the Group, Ashley had spent 15 years in the investment banking and accounting industries.
G Medical was formed in 2014 and aims to be at the forefront of the digital health revolution developing mobile health technologies.
