Stanmore Coal Limited
(ASX:SMR) has announced the retirement of its Chairman Neville Snedden.
Stanmore Coal operates the Isaac Plains coking Coal mine in Queensland’s prime Bowen Basin.
The company says it was part of a formal board renewal process and appointed two new independent non-executive directors, Stewart Butel and Neal O’connor with immediate effect.
The company also says it will appoint a new Chair early in the new year, allowing for an orderly transition.
