DGR Global’s 26% stake in a UK listed co’ strengthens

DGR Global (ASX:DGR) has announced IronRidge Resources, which it owns a 26 per cent stake in, now owns 1,000 square kilometres of highly prospective gold and mineral projects in Chad, Central Africa.

DGR Global owns 68 million shares in IronRidge Resources, which is a London Listed mineral explorer.

As part of IronRidge’s African purchase, it recruited Tekton’s technical and logistics team which will also help to advance its own projects.

The company says the deal strengthens its diversification and growth opportunities

Shares in DGR Global (ASX:DGR) last traded at $0.13.
