Insurance Australia Group
(ASX:IAG) has announced non-executive director Alison Deans will retire from the company’s board.
Alison Deans intention to retire was announced as the company notified shareholders of the group’s annual general meeting to be held on October 20th.
The multi-national general insurance company’s Chairman Elizabeth Bryan thanked Alison for her dedicated service to IAG.
Ms Deans joined the AIG board in 2013 and served on the Company’s audit and nomination.
Shares in IAG
(ASX:IAG) are trading down 1.24 per cent to $6.36.
