Centuria Metropolitan Reit
(ASX:CMA) will join the S&P/ASX 300 Index effective from the commencement of trading on September 18th 2017.
The real estate investment trust says the inclusion in the S&P/ASX 300 will enhance the company’s relevance within the Australian equity market and is an important milestone for the REIT.
Centuria Metropolitan is Australia’s largest metropolitan office investment REIT.
Centuria Property Funds (CPFL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Centuria Capital has $3.4 billion of funds under management.
