Estia Health posts 47% profit increase

Estia Health Limited (ASX:EHE) has announced its Net Profit After Tax has increased by 47 per cent to $40.7M for the year ended 30 June 2017.

The aged care provider reported EBITDA rose to $86.5M for the period, in line with guidance.

Revenue also improved, up 18 per cent to $524.6M.

Estia has attributed the results to operational improvements made during the year and a focus on development-led growth opportunities.

The company has announced a fully franked final dividend payment of 8 cents

Shares in Estia Health Limited (ASX:EHE) are trading about 4.82% higher at $3.16.
