Charter Hall Group bolstered results FY17

Charter Hall Group (ASX:CHC) has reported its net profit after tax rose about 20 per cent on FY16 to $257.6 million for the 2017 financial year.

In more good news for one of the leading property groups, its revenue strengthened over the 2017 financial year, and lifted almost 30 per cent on FY16 to $213.4 million.

Its operating earnings increased over 21 per cent on the prior year, to $151.2 million.

The company declared total distributions of 30 cents per share for FY17.

Shares in Charter Hall Group (ASX:CHC) are trading about 0.8 per cent higher to $5.79.
