Caltex Chairman retires due to health reasons

Caltex Australia (ASX:CTX) has announced its Chairman, Greig Gailey has retired due to health reasons. He will also stand down from his Non-Executive-Director role.

Greig Gailey has been on the board of the Australian petrol station retailer since 2007 and Chairman since 2015.

The company says he made a considerable contribution to the business with over 25 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting and board experience.

Caltex appointed has Steven Gregg as its new Chairman. He is also a Non-Executive-Director.

Shares in Caltex Australia (ASX:CTX) are trading 0.18 per cent higher to $32.65.
