Blackmores appoints Richard Henfrey as CEO

Blackmores (ASX:BKL) has appointed Richard Henfrey as its new CEO, following the resignation of Christine Holgate.

The incoming CEO served as chief operating officer for the company over the past three years.

He also held a number of senior leadership roles with the group since joining in 2009.

Richard Henfrey was also the Board President at the industry association's Complementary Medicines Australia.

The company says Richard has driven key business projects that helped with the transformation of Blackmores.

His appointment was effective immediately.

We can also expected the firm’s financial results 29 August 2017.

Shares in Blackmores (ASX:BKL) are trading about 2 per cent higher to $89.00.
