The Flight Centre Travel Group
(ASX:FLT) has bolstered its North America presence, acquiring a Quebec city-based travel company that makes $C100 million in total transaction value (TTV).
Australia’s largest travel retailer says the purchase strengthens its footprint in Canada’s second largest province, Quebec, where Flight Centre Travel was previously under-represented
Flight Centre Travel snapped up the company, Les Voyages Laurier du Vallon (LDV), to also leverage its local expertise, experience and linguistic capabilites
LDV has operations in 6 locations in the Quebec city, and one in Montreal.
