Cedar Woods Properties Limited
(ASX:CWP) has announced that Managing Director Mr Paul Sadleir will retire in September, and will be succeeded by Chief Operating Officer, Mr Nathan Blackburne.
The property developer says the succession planning has been underway for some time, and it is pleased to recruit from within.
Mr Blackburne has worked in a variety of roles at Cedar Woods for the past 15 years. He has over twenty four years experience in the property sector.
The company says Mr Blackburne is well known to shareholders and business partners, and is very familiar with all projects.
