Generation Healthcare compulsory unit acquisition completed

Generation Healthcare REIT (ASX:GHC) has advised the compulsory acquisition of its outstanding units, has now been completed, following the off-market takeover by NorthWest Australia.

NorthWest Australia now owns 100 per cent of the units in Generation Healthcare.

The company says unitholders are entitled to the same consideration as that payable under the takeover, which is $2.30 for each Generation Healthcare Unit.

As the sole unitholder, NorthWest Healthcare Australia RE Limited (a controlled entity of NorthWest) will be appointed as the responsible entity of Generation Healthcare. Relevant documents to effect this change have been lodged with ASIC.

Shares in Generation Healthcare REIT (ASX:GHC) closed flat at $2.27.
