Lithium Power International Limited
(ASX:LPI) has advised that it has complied with the requirements of the ASX, and about 35 million Options associated with its recent capital raise are to be listed. They will trade under the ASX code LPIOA.
The full terms of the issue of the options are set out in the company’s options prospectus dated 18 May 2017.
The lithium explorer and developer says the options will have an exercise price of 55 cents, and will expire on 6 July 2019.
Lithium Power says the Options will begin trading from market open on 10 July 2017.
Shares in Lithium Power International Limited
(ASX:LPI) closed 1.6 per cent higher to 32 cents.
