Flight Centre Travel Group Limited
(ASX:FLT) has announced it has secured separate deals to acquire destination management company (DMC) Olympus Tours, and hotel operator Bespoke Hospitality Management Asia.
The company says Mexican-based Olympus Tours generated almost US$25 million in 2016. It will become Flight Centre’s second DMC.
Bespoke Hospitality Management Asia’s current portfolio includes 14 properties, with a further 19 under development due to open. It generated US$1 million in 2016.
Flight Centre says the expansion is part of a longer term plan to develop a global DMC.

(ASX:FLT) are trading 0.07 per cent higher to $43.60.
