Advanced Braking Technology Limited (ABT)
(ASX:ABV) has announced its Chief Executive Officer, Graeme Summer has resigned.
The mechanical developer says Mr Summer has restructured the company and refocused its business on core mining customers over the last three and a half years.
The company’s Board says it believes there is a requirement for a different set of skills and experience to substantially grow ABT from its current size, with significant opportunity in markets other than the traditional mining sector.
ABT says it has retained the services of Mars Partners, Executive Search to seek out a replacement, with Mr Summer scheduled to leave no later than end of December 2017.

(ASX:ABV) closed flat to 0.6 cents.
