Blackmores
(ASX:BKL) has announced its CEO and MD, Christine Holgate will retire, after serving for over 9 years.
The natural healthcare company says she accepted a position as CEO at Australia Post and will leave Blackmores on 29 September 2017.
The board asked Director, Marcus Blackmore to return from sabbatical to step in as Interim CEO, prior to appointing a permanent replacement.
Stephen Chapman, who was acting as Chairman while Marcus Blackmore was away, will continue on as Chairman until the new CEO seat has been filled.
The company says it already has potential CEO candidates.
