Hotel Property Investment
(ASX:HPI) has announced its expecting to pay distribution of 9.9 cents per stapled security for the half year ending 30 June 2017.
The distribution is tipped to be paid on 6 September 2017.
Meantime, the company which owns pubs that are leased to Coles and Australian Leisure and Hospitality (ALH) priced $230 million of its notes.
The notes are in three tranches and are via a US Private Placement, marking the company’s inaugural issuance into America.
