Vicinity Centres MD to retire

Vicinity Centres (ASX:VCX) has announced that its Managing Director and CEO will retire at the end of the year.

Angus McNaughton stepped in to lead Vicinity through the merger of Novion Property Group and Federation Centres in August 2015.

A global recruitment drive will take place to transition to a new CEO and MD.

Mr McNaughton’s last official day with the company will be on the 31st of Decmber 2017.

The company will inform shareholders as soon as a successor has been appointed.

Shares in Vicinity Centres (ASX:VCX) are trading 0.71 per cent higher at $2.82.
