Carnegie Clean Energy receives Northam power station approval

Carnegie Clean Energy Limited (ASX:CCE) has announced it has received development application approval for its 10 megawatts solar power station in Northam, West Australia.

The energy development company says the solar power station will have 34,000 solar panels and will be constructed on 25 hectares of land.

Carnegie Clean Energy says the solar power station will deliver approximately 24,000 megawatt-hours of electricity per annum.

The company says it is working with various stakeholders to secure final approvals over the next month, so a Financial Investment Decision can be made.

Shares in Carnegie Clean Energy Limited (ASX:CCE) are trading 1.67 per cent higher to 6.1 cents.
