IMF Bentham Limited
(ASX:IMF) has announced its US investment vehicle Bentham IMF 1 (Bentham IMF 1 LLC) has agreed to fund its sixth matter in four months.
The global litigation funder says this new matter, USF6, involves funding a case about multiple breaches of a state False Claims Act.
Bentham IMF 1 has committed to fund US$1 million to this matter.
IMF Bentham says this brings the total amount of committed funding to US$13.75 million, since the start of Bentham IMF 1 in February 2017.
Shares in IMF Bentham Limited
(ASX:IMF) closed 0.52 per cent higher to $1.94.
