Integrated Research Limited
(ASX:IRI) has appointed Mr John Merakovsky as Chief Executive Officer effective 17 July 2017.
The software company says Merakovsky will replace Mr Andrew Sutton who has acted as interim CEO since February 2017.
Integrated Research says Mr Merakovsky will also be appointed as Managing Director of the Company, subject to board approval.
The company says Mr Merakovsky has over 25 years experience working with technology and digital companies, and will be introduced to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting in November 2017.

(ASX:IRI) closed 0.69 per cent higher to $2.93.
