Eden Innovations Limited
(ASX:EDE) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Seoul-based engineering consulting firm, Korea Consultants International Co. (KCI).
The chemical developer says the MOU will review the appointment of Korea Consultants, as the sole Korean distributor of its carbon-strengthened concrete additive, EdenCrete™.
Eden Innovations says it met with KCI and the Korean Government’s testing authority, to give a presentation about EdenCrete™, while proposing tests and trials for its future approval.
The company says the MOU signed is non-binding and preliminary, and will depend on the outcome of tests and discussions with the relevant Korean government bodies.

(ASX:EDE) are trading 2.38 per cent higher to 21.5 cents.
